Germany's Freudenthaler has been steadily carving a name for himself as a fine purveyor of deep, dusty grooves. Heavily involved with the label from our inception, here he provides 3 cuts of what we believe to be some of his finest work to date!

Everyone at Bon Appetit loves the golden era of 90's hip hop and r&b.....Freudenthaler taps beautifully into that vibe on this EP, channelling the soulful, legendary hip hop producers of that day, J-dilla, Pete rock, Q-tip, the old Kanye etc and bringing that feeling into the modern realms of underground House music. Full of shuffling, dusty beats, smooth af bass lines and delicious soulful chops, All three tracks are a treat!

Label mate deRijk maintains the high standards and pumps it up on re mix-duties, adding a bouncy, twisting bass and rolling out the beats with his aptly named 'Liquid Jembei' mix.
